Jamie Oliver’s Break A Record Challenge

As a Reach2 school, one of our offers to your children is 11 before 11. These are 11 things that we promise your child will do before they are 11. I have included all the promise badges for you in this newsletter so that you can see what is on offer. Each year, the teachers choose 11 promises that we will complete. This could be with a group of children, an individual class, or even the whole school!

This term, a group of children took part in Jamie Oliver’s Break A Record Challenge to have the most children at once, across the country, cooking together. We joined Jamie live via YouTube, along with thousands of other children, and cooked a fresh pasta dish from scratch!

Mrs Bernardi and Miss Sanghera were very impressed with the children’s culinary skills and the pasta tasted magnificent!
